We loved staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the nearby malls and sightseeing spots. The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The swimming pool was amazing, and the hotel itself was kept very clean. We also appreciated the variety of amenities and services provided, such as room service, car hire, and laundry.
We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

The hotel had an impressive display of big bikes that my partner loved! , the pool area with the floaties was great fun. We appreciated the location close to malls and supermarkets.
The bathroom lacked privacy due to its see-through glass wall, and the lights needed to be turned off during a shower, so it's not ideal for those who prefer more privacy. the breakfast buffet ran out of a dish early and wasn't replenished until the end of breakfast time.

the staff was friendly and willing to help, and the pool was clean and well, maintained. the room was comfortable and had a good, sized bed with nice bedding. the breakfast spread had a range of cuisines and options available.
The bathroom glasses were see, through, which could be uncomfortable for some guests and should be addressed.

The hotel was conveniently located for our city trip and offered free wifi. the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.
The smell of drains in the rooms was overpowering for the first two nights, and one member of our party had to move to another hotel. the front desk staff seemed more interested in their phones than checking us in, and we were not shown to our rooms or given directions.
